OUR STORY A Fulvic Discovery
In 2011, Jacqueline and Louise Wilkie were researching health aids and products to assist their mother with her breast cancer diagnoses. As they began their search they found many products claim “miracle” health aides to relieve pain and boost the immune system. This is when they discovered fulvic acid, and began administering it to their mother. After about a week she noticed an improvement in her energy and that her overall stiffness had eased up, which made them take notice.
Experimenting with various forms of fulvic acid, while attending a trade show, they decided to bottle the fulvic mineral formula as a functional beverage. Rather than hide the fact that the water became black our team embraced it and the crowds went wild… and that was the birth of blk.
In the space of a year, our founders redesigned blk.'s products, packaging, and established a broker network in the USA. The intent behind blk. was to help others. We take that forward – with our fulvic enriched products that we feel passionate about!

Our Founders Answer Questions
WHY IS blk.WATER BLACK?
Nutrient-rich fulvic and humic minerals are naturally dark in color. When added to water they turn the water black, naturally! There are no additional dyes or color added to blk.
Purified alkaline water is the base of blk. We carefully source it from multiple locales, including springs and aquifers in the United States and Canada wherever possible. We use RO (reverse osmosis) water when these are not available. CA source report is available here:Water Quality Report
