If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that each prominently display an expiration date on each product. Products that are sought to be returned after the expiration date are not eligible for a refund.
If, however, our products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 30 days calendar days of the date on which the product is delivered to you. The item must unopened and in its original condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact our customer services department by clicking contact us to get a free shipping label. Such a return will result in the full refund or your purchase price but not the shipping fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
