• Handful of Baby Spinach
• 1 cup of Cherry/Grape Tomatoes
• 1 cup of Sweet Corn
• Handful of Feta cubes

• Optional (Mix into balsamic dressing)
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Place the baby spinach, cherry/grape tomatoes, sweet corn, feta cubes and blk. Drops into a bowl. Optionally add balsamic dressing. Mix ingredients well. You can add more blk. Drops for desired consistency.
2.) Place onto two plates and top with your favorite salad toppings.
